Jim Emlet

Jim Emlet

Co-Founder & Principal

Jim Emlet is co-founder and principal of Integral. Jim has over 20 years of strategic experience working for and with non-profits and for-profits to develop business models that guide investment decision to maximize revenue. Prior to Integral, Jim was owner of another analytical consulting firm that provided strategic analysis for non-profits as well as health care organizations.

Jim’s background is very quantitative – he has a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics from Duke University and a master’s degree in Operations Research from The George Washington University. His career path has been primarily consulting work to help organizations leverage the strength of their data.

At Integral, Jim works with large national organizations such as National Audubon Society, Defenders of Wildlife, Mercy Corps, and the ASPCA.

Kevin Moran

Kevin Moran

Co-Founder & Principal

Kevin T. Moran is co-founder and principal of Integral, LLC. With over 20 years of experience, Kevin provides strategic analytical consulting to clients including the ASPCA, Doctors without Borders, Amnesty International, United States Holocaust Museum and Memorial, and National Parks Foundation among others.

Prior to launching Integral, Kevin held senior level fundraising positions at The Nature Conservancy where he was responsible for growing the file to 1,000,000 members and directing the Conservancy’s online presence. Kevin served in lead fundraising roles at The National Parks and Conservation Association, The Wilderness Society, the Human Rights Campaign, and AARP. Additionally, he was a strategy consultant at two interactive marketing agencies serving the nonprofit community – IAPPS and AppNet/Commerce One.

Kevin is an industry thought leader who has spoken at many events including DMA conferences in New York and Washington, the Bridge Conference, the Convio Summit and the Target Summit. His expertise is in helping organizations leverage analytics to build, manage and grow key business models including online, direct response, major donor, advocacy, and planned giving.

Kevin is a member of the DMA, DMAW, NTEN, and AFP. He lives in Washington, D.C. and enjoys competing in triathlons when time permits.

Chris Barrett

Chris Barrett

Chief Operating Officer

Chris Barrett has been with Integral since March 2005 and oversees company operations, including Human Resources, Accounts Payable and Receivable, IT, and Facilities.  Chris also provides database support and programming for multiple Integral clients, helping to ensure that data integrity and security is maintained.

Prior to coming to Integral, Chris was a Research Manager with Watson Wyatt Worldwide for five years and an Asst. Director of Membership Communications with the American Psychological Association for ten years. Chris holds a BA in Psychology from William and Mary and a Masters in Information Technology from American Intercontinental University.

Chris is a lover of animals, and is passionate about rescuing and rehoming dogs.  If you’re looking for a dog to love, let Chris know!

Andrew Giffen

Andrew Giffen

Senior Vice President - Special Projects

Andrew brings to Integral more than 15 years of experience in the direct marketing industry.  At Integral, Andrew consults with clients on their analytical and reporting needs and follows through with strategic and actionable recommendations for maximizing acquisition investments and optimizing subsequent donor value.

Prior to joining Integral, Andrew served as a list broker at Carol Enters List Company and with Nexus Direct for clients including Amnesty International, the DSCC, Bread for the World, Project Bread, ACLU, Volunteers of America and National Trust for Historic Preservation.

Andrew also worked for several years in the new media industry as an editor and contributing writer for Goal.com, and then he grew up.  Andrew holds a BA from the University of Virginia and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University.

John Blackwell

John Blackwell

Senior Vice President - Analytics

John has 15 years of experience in marketing analytics and has helped numerous organizations to grow their business through improved access to actionable information. Prior to joining Integral, John was the Director of Analytics at Merkle where he led a global team of analysts and marketing professionals to improve the agency’s non-profit practice. Before Merkle, John was the director of the business information and analytics group at The Nature Conservancy.

Throughout his career, John has helped transform the way organizations raise money through working to integrate analytics into decision making in complex multi-channel direct marketing environments. John also has extensive experience in measurement and attribution, statistical modeling, advanced segmentation, dimensional database modeling, and analytics strategy.

John earned a BA from the University of Virginia and an MS from George Washington University.

Vice President

Stephanie joined the Integral team in 2010 with several years of program management experience behind her. Providing daily coordination, program audits, and comprehensive fundraising strategies, Stephanie manages client relationships with a focus on quality deliverables, timely implementation, and creating actionable strategic direction. Organizations that Stephanie’s work has supported include the ASPCA, the Audubon Society, and the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum.

Stephanie graduated from Florida State University and also holds an MA in Strategic Communication from American University and lives in Washington, D.C.  Her claim to fame at Integral are her “Stephanie-isms”, many of which have become commonly used terms at Integral (ex., “I’ve been making lemons out of lemonade all week!”).

Vice President

Chris joined Integral in 2010, and consistently works to provide actionable insights to the questions that keep our clients up at night. Chris loves a challenge and is always seeking out new solutions while evaluating our clients’ most complex programs. With his background in direct response and fundraising, Chris has always let data take the driver’s seat. There are no biases here, ROI is always at the top of his mind. At Integral, Chris supports Covenant House, Doctors Without Borders – Canada, Catholic Relief Services and many more.

Chris is a graduate of Radford University. When “The Slicer” is not at work, he spends his time yelling “fore” on the golf course or just relaxing in the “low country” in his home in Charleston, South Carolina.

Adam Rosenscruggs

Adam Rosenscruggs

Director of Analytics

Adam joined Integral in 2011 and has over 8 years of experience in non-profit marketing and analytics. At Integral, Adam works with clients and staff to develop and implement innovative analytical solutions with a particular focus on multi-channel segmentation, marketing mix analysis, and predictive modeling. Prior to joining Integral, Adam worked on the Direct Marketing and Database teams at the Human Rights Campaign, ultimately serving as Associate Director of Analytics.

 An avid traveler, Adam went on sabbatical in 2014 and spent 11 months traveling the world with his wife. Now back at home, when not working, he can usually be found daydreaming about travel, trail running, or (quite often) both simultaneously. He is a graduate of Southern Illinois University and is a proud SIU Saluki.

Director of Strategic Planning

As a 20-year veteran of the nonprofit industry, Kelly England has developed an exceptional reputation for being a client-centric, results-oriented, and forward thinking executive.  Previously, Kelly has led the nonprofit division of a highly respected telefundraising company as Vice President of Fundraising Services as well as driven Business Development efforts for a leading production and digital execution firm.  Kelly has partnered with more than 40 nonprofits and 10 agencies throughout her career, including Special Olympics, Habitat for Humanity, Operation Smile, American Lung Association, and Environmental Defense Fund.  Kelly’s knowledge of analytics and fundraising strategy, strict attention to detail and client care, and strategic partnerships are a true asset to our clients.  Kelly is a channel integration strategist in direct mail, telefundraising, digital service offerings with experience stewarding complex projects and managing large service teams.  Kelly is active in the DMA and DMAW and graduated from North Dakota State University with a B.S. in Business Administration.  She lives in Saint Paul, MN.

Julie Wilson

Julie Wilson

Director of Strategic Planning

Julie has 13 years of direct marketing experience, and believes that an effective strategist needs to have a deep understanding of data as a foundation to create impactful programs.  Before joining Integral, Julie was a Senior Data Strategist at Wunderman where she helped her clients scope custom data architectures for campaign and reporting platforms.  Prior to that, Julie was with StrategicOne (now part of Blackbaud), assisting fundraising clients to understand trends within their database, as well as the design and implementation of long-term communication strategies, predictive models, and market research studies.  Organizations that Julie’s work has supported include American Red Cross, The Salvation Army, Defenders of Wildlife, and Amnesty International.

Julie holds a BA in Public Affairs from Indiana University. She lives in Washington D.C. and joined Integral in January 2014.  She has a love/hate relationship with running, and questions why she keeps signing up for races with her colleagues.

Dede Moyse-Parkes

Dede Moyse-Parkes

Information Systems Manager

Dede joined Integral with a dozen years of database and fundraising operations experience. In the past, she’s had the opportunity to work with Blackbaud, the American Red Cross, and WNET/Channel Thirteen. At Integral, Dede works to maintain data integrity for all of our clients on a daily basis. She supports the onboarding of clients, and execution and maintenance of reporting in Integral’s online tool.

Before discovering databases, Dede could be found working backstage in a theatre or for the actors’ union. Dede is a graduate of Sonoma State University and Columbia University’s Computer Technology and Application Program. She has been with Integral since July 2012 and lives in Washington DC.

Lindsey Mack

Lindsey Mack

Senior Digital Analyst

Lindsey oversees digital analytics for our clients at Integral, helping clients understand what is driving digital traffic and revenue. She is always striving towards helping our clients maximize their digital offerings, and enjoys working with other members of the Client team to find ways to integrate insights across other channels. She also dominates in Fantasy Football.

Prior to coming to Integral, Lindsey was a Web Manager with Corporate Executive Board for over 4 years. Lindsey holds a B.S. in Marketing from George Mason University and is a 2015 graduate of Market Motive’s Master Certification in Web Analytics. She has been with Integral since January 2011.

Rattana Srijedsadarak

Rattana Srijedsadarak

Senior Analyst

Rattana joined Integral in February 2014 after earning her MS in Business Analytics from Michigan State University. She has extensive experience across multiple industries, including analyzing customer and retention data for GM, and marketing data for Meijer. She helps to elicit key insights from client data and synthesizes her findings into actionable information for our strategists.

Rattana earned a bachelor’s degree in Statistics from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand, and prior to arriving in the US worked with Accenture for several years.  She has been doing some extensive travel since she’s been in the States…recent adventures include road tripping from the Florida Keys to Maine, and white water rafting in Alaska.

Senior Analyst

As Integral’s newest member, Snehal earned his MS in Management Information Systems from University at Buffalo, SUNY (State University of New York).  He has experience in the financial sector as a database developer and techno-functional analyst.  Snehal’s background in relational and columnar databases, data warehouses and predictive analytics benefits Integral’s clients to help understand their donor file and opportunities in segmentation.

He earned a bachelor’s degree Engineering in Information Science from Bangalore Institute of Technology in India.  While we’re still learning about Snehal, we do know he’s a soccer fan (Manchester United, specifically!) and a movie buff (mysteries and crime…uh oh).

Rachel Penney

Rachel Penney

Senior Account Manager

Rachel supports direct mail acquisition programs for several of our clients and utilizes her strong attention to detail to take program and campaign data and manipulate it so that it can be used for reporting and analytics. Rachel has supported the onboarding of many Integral clients, along with the scoping and execution of reporting via Integral’s online reporting solution.  Organizations that Rachel helps support here at Integral include the ASPCA, National Audubon Society, Disabled American Veterans, and Mercy Corps.

Rachel joined Integral in September 2012. She holds a B.S. in Commerce and French from the University of Virginia.  Rachel is a strong advocate for food (in general) and will fight for snacks.

Patrick Kidda

Patrick Kidda

Senior Strategist

Patrick Kidda has over 12 years of experience in the digital space including hands-on work in search engine marketing/optimization, online content publishing, conversion optimization, email marketing, landing page and banner ad design, and website and campaign analytics reporting.  Patrick has a long history of delivering successful digital strategies including within the gaming industry as an Online Marketing Director, a digital agency as a VP and Partner at Nebo, the nonprofit world as Senior Online Marketing Manager at the Center for Science in the Public Interest, and as a consultant with technology-based companies.  As the Senior Strategist at Integral, Patrick helps clients drive online and offline business decisions in order to drive revenue and maximize investments.

Patrick earned Bachelor degrees in Computer Information Systems, and Marketing, from Appalachian State University while also competing as a semi-pro snowboarder, a sport which he still enjoys in his spare time.  Patrick is a member of NTEN and the Ad Club in Washington, D.C. where he lives in the Capitol Hill neighborhood with his wife, Starr.

Since joining Integral in November 2015, Kristin has worked with clients to help them understand how their marketing investments drive results across their membership programs.  She’s the kind of person that needs to understand what happens behind the curtain, and prides herself in being “big picture” oriented, never looking at the details without understanding the long term goals.  She likes problem solving…a LOT. 

At Integral, Kristin helps to support clients such as Doctors Without Borders, Catholic Relief Services, and International Fund for Animal Welfare.   Kristin holds a B.A. in Global Studies and minors in Spanish & Latin American Studies.

Working at Integral

It’s best to do one thing really, really well…and we do. Analytics is our jam, and we’re second to none. We pride ourselves on being unbiased and innovative. We create thoughtful analyses and insights that drive strategies. We focus on our clients’ end goal and everything else follows.

We strike a good balance between nerdy and cool. Okay, so we think we’re cool. But we admit that we have some nerd stuff going on here, too.
